Mel Forman & Associates, Inc.

Mel Forman & Associates, Inc. was established in 1981 in South Florida by Mel Forman, a specialist in retail and industrial real estate. Mel was a developer who built "flex" industrial warehouses near the Miami International Airport, in Doral and Medley.

In 2000, Realtor Britt J. Rosen, CCIM, became Broker of record for Mel Forman & Associates, Inc. Britt began his real estate career in 1976 at Kendar Realty, an active real estate Firm owned and operated by Kenneth D. Rosen, CCIM in Coral Gables, Florida

Britt has been active in real estate, building construction, appraising, tax appeal and investment analysis since 1980. While at Kendar Realty, Britt has completed numerous residential and commercial transactions.

Britt J. Rosen is a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM). Britt is President of the Miami-Dade, Monroe District.  He obtained the CCIM designation in 1991, and has been awarded as a 25 year member of the 50 year old commercial real estate origination.  There are over 9,600 CCIM's in the United States.

Britt is also an expert in real estate tax appeals and his firm Rosen Tax Appeal, LLC has handled numerous commercial and residential tax appeal cases in Miami-Dade, Broward and Palm Beach Counties.

Mya Bannard has been with the firm since 1994 as a Realtor listing and selling residential properties. Previously, she was a Realtor for six years with Callaway Real Estate, Princeton, NJ. Upon arriving in Florida Mya worked with Prudential Realty.
