The XSites Network is made up of real estate professionals from across the United States and Canada. Here you’ll be able to find real estate agents, brokers, mortgage professionals, appraisers and inspectors. In addition, you can find real estate listings and mortgage loan services.

Not only can you find real estate professionals on the XSites Network, but in most cases you can also order their services online. Need to find out what your home is worth? Order an appraisal from a local valuation expert. Need to refinance your home? Fill out an online loan application to lock in the best rates. Looking for a new home? Request a showing for your ideal house after walking through an online tour.

Naturally. Most of the mortgage professionals found on the network have a convenient online loan application right on their site.

Of course. That’s one of the key benefits of the XSites Network. If you’ve got your XSite configured to accept online orders, anybody who finds your business on the network can click the Order an Appraisal button to place an order. To make sure you’re taking full advantage of the XSites Network, you may also want to complete some other, optional configuration steps. Click here for a complete checklist.

First, make sure you’ve completed all of the necessary steps to configure your online listing (see above). Also note that it may take up to 24 hours for any changes you make to reflect on the network. If you still can’t find your listing, please contact our support department for further assistance.

You can update your appraisal credentials at any time through the User Management settings in your XSite. (Click here for specific keystrokes)

Your coverage area is managed through the Business Management tools on your XSite. (Click here for specific keystrokes) You can select as many counties as you like for your primary state, however there are some additional restrictions (see below).

You're allowed 1 free state (2 if you're an Elite customer). You can buy more, but we only allow 5 states total before we require that you sign up as a plug-in customer. If you want to add more states to your coverage area, click here.

You can specify whether you provide residential or commercial appraisal reports (or both) when you configure your Coverage Area. (Click here for specific keystrokes)

Listings in each county are sorted on a seniority basis. Appraisers who signed up for the XSites Network the earliest will be at the top of the appraiser rankings. All other sites are sorted based on their XSite purchase date.

No, there is no way to change the default sorting to boost your ranking.

If you purchase another state as an additional coverage area, you're ranked as if you're a first time buyer in that new coverage area, which means you're not ranked higher than the last person who purchased a product in that state. We do this because we've received a lot of feedback from you that you didn't want people from outside states ranked above you.

Of course. Your XSite is packaged with an online 1003 loan application. Users can complete either a Quick Application or a complete form. And then they can use your site to keep track of their application all the way through closing.
