I have been an Ocean County resident for 35+ years. Over this time, I established an in-depth knowledge of the surrounding real estate markets and the development history of local communities.

I have been appraising real estate in Ocean County and the surrounding areas since 2011. I focus on single-family residential, condominiums, 2 to 4 family rentals, real estate owned property, FHA, investment “Fix and flip” properties and new construction dealing with as is, as repaired, liquidation and retro values.
