We are a small group of dedicated, state certified appraisers. Three of our members are also designated MAI and/or SRA by the Appraisal Institute.

Our professional qualifications and experience are unmatched by any other local real estate appraisal firm. Real estate appraisal and consulting is all we do, and, with few exceptions, the Roaring Fork Valley is the only place we work. We feel that gives us a unique perspective on our valley, its variety of properties, and its diverse and complicated land use issues. Our particular area of expertise is the Upper Roaring Fork Valley.

The firm has completed over 22,000 appraisals since its founding in 1973, virtually all between Aspen and Glenwood Springs. With less than 15,000 properties on Pitkin County’s tax rolls, one of us is probably very familiar with your property or the one you are considering.
