Please be aware that the purpose of an appraisal is to establish a value which cannot be done without first, examining the scope of work and performing the appraisal. Furthermore, it is also understood that the estimate of value is not and will not be a 'condition' regarding the request for service. If you intend it to be a 'condition' of performing this order, "I cannot accept the assignment as it violates professional ethics." Per USPAP.

**By submitting this order you and/or your company accept full responsibility for the appraisal fee in the event escrow does not close or pay within 30 days.**
